Participating in the Hong Kong AL Car Rental membership program signifies that the applicant or member of Hong Kong AL Car Rental at all levels (hereinafter referred to as "Member") accepts and is bound by the following terms and conditions, as well as any modifications made from time to time.

1. Becoming a Member

1.1 Members must ensure that the mobile number, email, and personal information provided for membership registration are correct and true. The email address will be used for logging into the membership account features at https://autoleading.net/membership, including password recovery, checking past transaction records, and receiving the latest information and offers (the website is being updated and will be available soon).

1.2 Newly invited special members may transfer their unused membership. Once activated, membership cannot be transferred or shared in any form.

2. Membership and General Terms

2.1 There are four methods to register as a member, generally starting as a Gold Star member:

• 2.1.1 Purchase membership for HK$300;
• 2.1.2 Make a one-time expenditure of HK$3,000;
• 2.1.3 Top-up HK$5,000 to AUTO LEADING (with an additional value of HK$500); and
• 2.1.4 Special invitation (including AL+ and investors).

2.2 The validity period for Gold Star membership is one year from the start date. For example: If you become a Gold Star member on May 1, 2024, your membership will expire on April 30, 2025.

2.3 After the membership period expires, a member can reactivate their expired membership (defined as not making any reservations for 6 months or more) and extend it for another year at the same level by making a reservation at full price for any style of rental within the membership expiration period.

2.4 If a Gold Star member accumulates a consumption amount of HK$30,000 within 365 days (cumulative calculation), they can register or upgrade to become a Platinum member; a Platinum member who accumulates HK$60,000 can register or upgrade to become a Diamond member; a Diamond member who accumulates HK$100,000 and receives an invitation from AL Car Rental or Auto Leading can leap to become an Emerald member. Members who successfully register or upgrade their membership can immediately enjoy the benefits of their new upgraded status.

2.5 Once upgraded to Emerald member status, that level is permanent.

2.6 When exercising membership rights and engaging in related transactions, such as local car rentals and cross-border transfer services, members can earn membership points at a rate of HK$1 equals 1 point (promotional activities may adjust this). However, costs for cross-region vehicle delivery, late pick-up/return, special charges on public holidays, and fuel discrepancies will not count toward accumulating membership points.

2.7 To protect member rights, do not share your membership email login password with others (company staff will not ask members for their passwords).

2.8 In the event of any disputes regarding membership points, Gold Star, Platinum, Diamond, or Emerald membership eligibility, Auto Leading Limited reserves all final decision rights.

2.9 AL Car Rental has the absolute discretion to refuse and/or revoke any applicant's membership application for any reason, and to terminate and/or cancel their membership. If membership is terminated for any reason, all related points, cash value balances, and benefits will be immediately canceled.

3. Discounts

3.1 Member pricing discounts are limited to full-price reservations for designated categories of vehicles.

3.2 Member pricing discounts do not apply to reservations made during promotional periods.

3.3 Member pricing discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.

3.4 Discounts redeemed with membership points apply to local car rentals and cross-border transfer services.

3.5 Discount Coupons: Members can redeem 5,000 points for a discount coupon without an expiration date, with the discount rate depending on the member's level at the time of redemption.

3.6 Free Driving Coupons: Members can use points to redeem for free driving, applicable to local car rentals, requiring a minimum reservation of 1 day, with a maximum gift of 7 days. Rent for 1 day gets 1 day free, rent for 2 days gets 2 days free, and so on, up to a maximum of 7 days rented for 7 days free.

3.7 Delivery Coupon: Members can use points to redeem for a home delivery service, which does not include tunnel fees.

3.8 Parking Coupon: Members can use points to redeem for AL Car Rental's parking service, with each parking coupon allowing for free parking for a maximum of 24 hours per use.

3.9 Members must request the use of member discount offers, birthday discounts, or redeemed coupons at the time of reservation before picking up the vehicle. Discounts and offers will not be accepted after vehicle pickup, and consumption records and points will not be adjusted or reissued.

3.10 Members must confirm their use of offers when reserving a vehicle. All discount coupons, free coupons, delivery coupons, and parking coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be modified.

4. Birthday Discounts

4.1 Birthday discounts are effective for members of all levels.

4.2 Birthday discounts are limited to the registered member only, and identification must be presented again at the time of vehicle pickup for verification.

4.3 The validity period for the discount coupon is within 30 days before or after the birthday.

4.4 Birthday discounts can be received and used for one-time use; members can also make continuous reservations at once.

4.5 Birthday discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.

4.6 Birthday discounts may only be used once per year, and the granted days cannot be transferred to others or other members.

4.7 The days granted through birthday discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded.

5. Membership Points (Pts)

5.1 To use membership points, they must be requested at the time of reservation, before payment.

5.2 Points are earned with each car rental or cross-border transfer order and can be used in the next reservation, including redeeming discounts and other delivery and parking services or held for redeeming gifts (coming soon).

5.3 Points are calculated based on a single reservation and the actual service amount.

5.4 There is no limit on the number of points that can be used for each transaction; for example, if there are enough points in the membership, members can redeem discount coupons, fuel coupons, free coupons, delivery coupons, and parking coupons simultaneously, but discount coupons and free coupons cannot be used at the same time.

5.5 After each payment, members are responsible for checking the invoice and the membership information and points records on the group; if there are any errors, they must notify the staff immediately for correction, as adjustments will not be made afterward.

5.6 Membership points cannot be exchanged for cash or other electronic currencies.

5.7 Membership points cannot be split, combined, transferred, or moved to other member accounts.

5.8 All member gifts or gifts purchased with membership points are limited in quantity and will be terminated once they are given away or exchanged, without prior notice.

5.9 The value of gifts purchased with membership points will not count as valid spending.

5.10 Goods/gifts purchased with membership points cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6. Other

6.1 Auto Leading Limited reserves the right to cancel or change membership points (Pts), birthday discounts, membership programs of all levels, and all terms and conditions within the programs at any time without prior notice.

6.2 In the event of any disputes, Auto Leading Limited reserves the final decision rights.

6.3 In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
